The problem

Two-tier commission splits calculated in Excel, approvals by email with no audit trail and brokers chasing status on WhatsApp — nobody knew who had been paid, how much or when.

What we delivered

A platform that syncs sales from CVCRM and Sienge, runs the real split engine, blocks any payment before the invoice is in, and carries each release through every stage to the payout — with mandatory 2FA on financial routes.

In the demo

• 6 project entities (UP and MCMV) in launch, construction and delivered
• 72 reservations over 6 months, including cancellations, holds and mismatched down payments
• A full release pipeline: from missing invoice to paid
• 5 payout tiers and advances by role, with a running balance ledger
