Ao Quadrado — Orders, till and stock for the pizzeria in one system, with its own menu
- Kitchen board with iFood orders included
- Menu and ordering on its own website
- Till, stock and food cost on one panel
Project details
Delivered for Ao Quadrado Pizzaria (fictional data in the demo).
The problem
A delivery pizzeria opening hostage to iFood: orders jotted down from WhatsApp, the till checked in a notebook, stock by eye and no customer data to bring anyone back — every sale paid a commission and the relationship belonged to the platform.
What we delivered
An own ordering site with menu, step-by-step pizza builder and online payment, plus a single back office for the shop: a kitchen board with iFood orders alongside, counter sales, a till with blind counting, recipe-based stock with cost of goods, operating costs and P&L, cashback and a CRM messaging over WhatsApp — all LGPD-compliant.
Highlights
- Kitchen board from acceptance to delivery, with iFood in the same place
- Till with opening float, withdrawals and blind-count closing
- Stock deducted by recipe, with weighted average cost and COGS
- 2% cashback and campaigns only for customers who opted in
- Daily and weekly reports that say what to do next
