Feasibility studies living in spreadsheets: versions that disagreed, KPIs you could not drill into, and budget vs. actual with no frozen history — the investment committee and the bank asking "where does this number come from?" with no auditable answer.

What we delivered

End-to-end feasibility platform: reproducible calculations traceable down to each cash-flow line, scenario comparison, immutable published versions and actuals imported with automatic reforecast — integrated with Sienge.

• 3 fictional developments in Manaus, Belém and Campinas
• Each study in three versions: base, downside and upside
• 2 towers and 160 units — sold, reserved, cancelled and swapped for land
• Construction work breakdown with 12 fronts indexed to INCC and a CPM schedule
• CAIXA construction financing, 4% special tax regime and a three-tranche equity waterfall
