The problem

Brazilian regulation NR-1 now requires managing psychosocial risk with a formal deliverable, and consultancies serving dozens of companies were doing it in spreadsheets: no portfolio view to tell which client needs attention first, survey results with no consolidated reading, and the statutory reports assembled by hand for every inspection.

What we delivered

A platform with three panels — consultancy, client company and employee — covering COPSOQ assessment, AI-assisted reading of the results, a 5W2H action plan with owner and deadline, an anonymous reporting channel, and the formal NR-1 deliverables ready for inspection.
