The problem

An office answering constituents on WhatsApp, Instagram and email with nothing tying it together: the same request arrives twice and gets two answers, a referred case drops off the radar, and at the end of the month nobody can say how many people were served or about what.

What we delivered

An office dashboard with a single inbox and AI-assisted triage, cases with an owner and a due date, a constituent base you can slice by neighborhood, a term timeline tying votes to deliveries, plus surveys and campaigns.
