The problem

Brazilian regulation NR-01 now requires managing psychosocial risk, and all most companies had was a once-a-year climate survey: answers nobody trusts to be anonymous, results that arrive far too late and no trail to show an auditor what was done about them.

What we delivered

A continuous-monitoring platform with a one-minute check-in for each employee, always-aggregated indicators for managers and HR — never exposing who answered what — and an admin area with the client portfolio and the path to the NR-01 report.
