The problem

Registration, age grouping and check-in for children's rooms done on paper or in a spreadsheet: a queue at the door, overloaded volunteers and no record of who handed a child to whom.

What we delivered

Mobile-first platform for rooms, children, guardians and staff, with automatic age-based placement (manual exceptions are logged) and check-in/checkout with pickup validation and a full audit trail.
