The problem

Work was scattered across WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets: no department could see tasks, deadlines and workload in one place, and off-the-shelf SaaS never fit the company's internal structure.

What we delivered

A single internal system covering tasks, service tickets, requests with approval limits, announcements, meetings with minutes, documents and quality management, construction measurement and the org chart — each department with its own view, the board with the consolidated picture.

In the demo

• 10 departments, 25 sub-units and 30 people in the org chart
• 10 projects and roughly 60 tasks with subtasks, checklists, SLA and priority
• Service tickets, requests with approval limits and an announcement board
• Meetings with minutes, documents under revision control and quality standards
• 2 construction contracts with 4 measurement reports — one with a deduction
